The Jacksonville Area Speech Pathology Association (JASPA) has been a viable, independent, professional organization since 1989. It was founded by a hospital-based, ASHA-certified speech-language pathologist and is lead by an executive board of volunteers who are experienced, ASHA-certified speech language pathologists. They have been elected by membership and work towards the improvement of the lives of people with speech and swallowing disorders.
